I recently visited Gentle Smiles of Livonia for a hygiene visit as a new patient and the entire experience from the check in with Jenn and Kristen at the front desk, who greeted me with genuinely welcoming Gentle Smiles, to the service with the hygienist Mia was awesome! Mia was very thorough yet gentle with my cleaning. She was knowledgeable and explained to me everything I needed to know in regards to my oral health and how I could better improved my home care. I was initially nervous and was offered nitrous and or sedation to make my visit more comfortable, though I did survive without either. I would recommend this office to any and everyone looking for top of the line service for their dental care!!

I’ve recently visited this office with my mom who had gone for her hygiene visit with Mia and was amazed at how nice all of the ladies there were! She did not have to wait long at all to be seen for her appointment and I was offered snacks and beverage while I waited for her to finish up. They are a digital office and all of her paperwork was completed on an iPad which made the new patient process a breeze! The cleaning was pain free for my mom. Mia was amazing! She and Dr. Nadine are the best! I am convinced that myself and everyone else I know should also be patients there. My mom was actually entered into a raffle to win a grand prize for referring me!

This office is the best dentist I have ever been to! They are the most kind and gentle people. Dr. Nadine takes great care with her patients and really makes you feel like you are a friend. She cares about your overall health, not just about your teeth. I needed a filling and was so nervous but she put me at ease and showed me how easy and painless the whole experience could be! Her staff is outstanding, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions I had. Her hygienist is the best! My teeth have never felt so clean! I will never go anywhere else!
