They made me feel seen even though I know how busy and stressful their job is they took time to stop, actually acknowledge me and talk beyond a typical front desk staff. By the time I sat down with Ashley, my hygienist, I felt more comfortable than I ever thought I could at a dental office. She gave me a tour, offered me a blanket, explained every step, and made what I had dreaded most – a deep cleaning, surprisingly gentle. I’d always heard how painful it could be, but Ashley’s care, experience and use of local anesthetic made it feel manageable, even easy. Within 20 minutes of chatting with her, I felt like I was catching up with a friend. From talking family wedding drama to wedding DIY ideas… definitely forgot I was sitting in a dentist’s chair. Dr. Nadine is equally remarkable. Instead of confirming my fears, she reassured me that my teeth weren’t “beyond repair” just in need of a deep clean and a few fillings before I start the cosmetic work I want done for my upcoming wedding. She struck the perfect balance of being highly knowledgeable while also approachable, relatable, and genuinely kind. I loved that she connected with me on something personal, like her recent wedding planning, while also making sure we built a strong healthy foundation before moving to cosmetics. I also noticed briefly how she spoke with older patients and made it clear she knows how to meet each person where they are, she treats everyone with dignity and warmth beyond patients, her staff too. What sets this office apart is that nothing feels rushed or transactional. Every question I asked (even the silly ones, and I ask a lot of questions) I was met with patience, humor, and a real desire to help me understand which helps the anxiousness. I walked in expecting judgment and left feeling encouraged, cared for, and honestly excited to come back.
